Most of the people now a days talking about blogging. But still now I see some are wondering about blog. I’m writing it for the people who are very new to blog or want to know about blog. This will containt the basic introduction to a blog.

What is blog?
First we will see what is a blog? A blog is a system by using it user can post the contents to the web for public viewing. The content can be text, image, music, or video or what ever which can be viewed over the web. Posting content to blog is called as bloging, and the person who post is called blogger. Bloging is as simple as writing am email.

You can have your own blog in two ways. One is signing up for an account from a blog provider. Another is by creating a own blog on your own domain.
The first way, if you have a gmail account, then your are half done on having your blog. The remaining part is selecting your blog name on blogger.com. Since google owned both it gives you a blog with your gmail account. You will get a subdomain with your blog name. The same way you can get in wordpress.com also. In both you will have some advantage and disadvantage if you compare. There some more blog service providers.
Now we will see the way of creating a blog on your own domain name. Why blog?
Most of the big companies use blog for updating the changes happen inside the company or with their product to the users. Personal users use it for publishing their creative contents and to share them with the world. Blogs make it easy to share the knowledge. Now a days many news publications also started using blog for publishing their news, which enables the publication very easy. So the purpose of the blog can not be limited.
